I have a villa on Hilton Head that I would like to donate for a week. How do I get involved in your program?

Send us  us the following information: 

Your name, address, phone number and email. Rental unit’s address. Name of the Property Management Company you are using (if you have one)  Any weeks your unit is NOT available from September 15th thru May 25th of the following year

I would like to volunteer some of my time to your organization. How can I get involved?

The easiest way to volunteer in our organization is to become a greeter.  You can find out more about becoming a greeter on our greeter section of the website.

I would like someone from Operation R&R to speak to my organization. How do I make arrangements?

We value the opportunity to talk about our program. Please send us your personal contact information, the name of your group, three date options, and the time of day your organization meets. Someone will give you a call to work out the details.

I’m single. Can I still participate as a greeter?

Absolutely!

    • IMPORTANT:  MUST BE STATIONED AT FORT STEWART, HUNTER ARMY AIR FIELD, FORT BENNING OR BEAUFORT MARINE CORPS AIR BASE
    • IMPORTANT:  WHEN SELECTING PREFERRED DATES COUPLES HAVE A MINIMUM STAY OF 2-7 NIGHTS, FAMILIES HAVE A MINIMUM STAY OF 4-7 NIGHTS
    • IMPORTANT:  OUR HHI PROGRAM IS NOW AVAILABLE TO FAMILIES OF THE FALLEN OF STEWART, HUNTER, BENNING AND BMCAS.  PLEASE SPECIFY YOU ARE A WIDOW/WIDOWER ON THE APPLICATION.
    • IMPORTANT:  WHEN SELECTING PREFERRED DATES A CHECK IN OR CHECK OUT ON SATURDAY IS PREFERRED
    • IMPORTANT:  OUR PROGRAM IS NOT AVAILABLE MAY 26 - SEPTEMBER 14 ANNUALLY.  OUR PROGRAM ALSO HAS A BLACK OUT DATE PERIOD FROM MARCH 23 - APRIL 19.  DO NOT CHOOSE DATES IN THAT DATE RANGE
    • IMPORTANT:  WHEN PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION PLEASE PROVIDE ONLY EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT ARE CHECKED FREQUENTLY
    • Agree to Cancellation Policy
    • Must have been deployed Worldwide (non-accompanied) within the last 24 months
    • Currently Active Duty
    • First time participant - This program is only offered one time per family
    • Sign a rental agreement and provide a credit card in the event there is damage resulting from your stay.
    • Families must do a minimum stay of 4 nights, maximum stay is 7 nights
    • Couples can apply for a 2-3 night stay
    • You and your spouse should plan to be in attendance for the whole trip
    • Check in or Check Out on a Saturday is preferred
    • Married- Both spouses will need to show valid military ID's
